Virtual Sessions

Sessions are 45-50 minutes and are held via the TherapyNotes telehealth platform. You must be in a private, confidential space for virtual sessions.

Fee: $150

In-Person Sessions

Sessions are 45-50 minutes and are held in the Northwest Hills neighborhood of Austin on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Fee: $150

Consultation for Fit

Consultations are 15-20 minutes and are held via Google Meet or over the phone as requested, though Google Meet is preferred to help you really get a feel for my style.

Fee: FREE

Out of Network Insurance Benefits

Many clients may have out of network insurance benefits depending on their plan. Superbills are provided to clients if they would like to submit an out of network claim to the insurance company.
