ADHD Assessments
Formal* ADHD – $800
- 3 Sessions ( 3-3.5 hrs total)
- Intake, Interview, Self-Reports, Wrap Up, and Resources
- Report will be appropriate if seeking medication support or formal documentation for accommodations
Informal ADHD – $700
- 3 Sessions ( 3 hrs total)
- Intake, Interview, Self-Reports, Wrap Up, and Resources
- Report will not include a recorded diagnosis for medical use. Best for client’s looking for a private experience, or seeking deeper self-knowledge.
Autism Assessments
Formal* Autism – $1000
- 3 Sessions ( 4- 4.5 hrs total)
- Intake, Interview, Self-Reports, Wrap Up, and Resources
- Report will be appropriate if seeking medication support or formal documentation for accommodations
Informal Autism – $700
- 3 Sessions ( 3 hrs total)
- Intake, Interview, Self-Reports, Wrap Up, and Resources
- Report will not include a recorded diagnosis for medical use. Best for client’s looking for a private experience, or seeking deeper self-knowledge.
*There is no guarantee accommodations will be granted based on this report. Schools and businesses have the sole deciding power in these situations. My report addresses the presence of autism and/or ADHD, and supports I think will be helpful. If you are seeking assessment for this reason, inquire with your school/job about what documentation is required and what kinds of accommodations are typically given. This report CANNOT be used to file for any kind of formal disability or for Social Security Disability Income (SSDI) due to restrictions by law.
